“Tonight, Governor Tim Walz laid out his and Vice President Kamala Harris’ clear vision for our country’s future—one that protects our freedoms, strengthens democracy, and ensures that everyone has the opportunity to succeed.

“In stark contrast, J.D. Vance defended Trump’s Project 2025 agenda, which would totally reshape the federal government by attacking our democratic institutions, cutting vital programs Texans rely on, and restricting freedom, including reproductive rights and healthcare access.

“This November the stakes couldn’t be higher, and Texans have a clear choice to make. Vice President Harris, Governor Walz and Congressman Colin Allred are committed to building upon America’s promise. Texans will stand strong behind Walz, Harris, and Allred to create a brighter future for all.”
