Ken Paxton Flees Texas for Front Row Seat at NYC Trump Trial

AUSTIN, Texas – Today, disgraced Attorney General Ken Paxton was in front row attendance at Donald Trump’s hush-money trial in New York City. It’s clear that Paxton’s faithful allegiance to Trump knows no bounds – even in cases of criminal activity. 

Texas Democratic Party Chair Gilberto Hinojosa issued the following statement:

“Ken Paxton sat front row during Trump’s hush money trials. Notably, Paxton didn't attend his own impeachment trials where he was also accused of ordering staffers to cover up extramarital affairs. It’s also important to question the integrity of this public display of bootlicking – our tax-payer funds belong in Texas, and we shouldn’t foot the bill for swanky visits to New York City. Texans can expect the worst from Republicans like Ken Paxton and Donald Trump, and when birds of MAGA feathers flock together – we can expect more embarrassment, chaos and corruption.”
