Texas Republican Dumpster Fire: RPT Elects Latest MAGA Puppet as Chair

AUSTIN, Texas – After a long day, Texas Republicans  have elected Abraham George as the next leader of their dysfunctional and embarrassing party. 

Texas Democratic Party Chair Gilberto Hinojosa issued the following statement:

“Abraham George’s record as a failed Chair for Collin County Republicans and Texas House candidate embodies everything the RPT represents: chaos, disorganization, and a thirst for power. Texas Republicans have not been this vulnerable in decades. We’re using this moment to mobilize our base, hold Texas Republicans accountable and build an anti-extremist coalition that carries Democrats to victory in 2024, up and down the ballot.”
