On Tuesday, March 1, 2022, Texas will hold statewide, partisan primary elections. Every registered voter in the state is eligible to vote, but must select a party’s election to vote in. You can do this at the polling place — there is no pre-registration with a party needed.
I went to my polling place and they told me I’m not eligible to vote in the election.
Double check your voter registration to ensure all information — especially your address — is correct here.
If you’d like to confirm or think you were told you’re not eligible for other reasons, please contact 844-TX-VOTES for additional help.
Where can I vote?
Use our polling place lookup tool to find your closest polling place! (It will be available right around the start of early voting.) We recommend finding a place to vote a day or two before you plan to go. Polling place information may not be published until closer to the election.
Please call 844-TX-VOTES if you need help finding where to go vote.

We don’t have to accept a dark and discriminatory vision for America. We can vote for equality, justice, and a fair shot for all.
